Oliver Chan is a prominent leader in the Philippine real estate industry with over two decades of experience in green development and asset optimization. He concurrently serves as the President of Arthaland Prestige Property Solutions (APPS) and the Executive Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer of Arthaland Corporation. In these roles, he leads the firm’s mission to fully decarbonize its portfolio by 2030 and advocates for making sustainable building practices accessible to the broader market.
Previously, he was a Property Manager at Ayala Property Management Corporation, overseeing premier retail and recreation operations, including the Greenbelt complex, Ayala Museum, San Antonio Plaza in Forbes Park, and the retail spaces at The Residences at Greenbelt. A mechanical engineer by training, Chan earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Santo Tomas.
