Armie Lita Bacaron has spent over 20 years managing some of the most prominent real estate environments in the Philippines. She currently serves as the Estate Unit Manager for Sevina Park, an eight-hectare mixed-use development in Biñan, Laguna. In this role, she oversees the day-to-day operations and community governance of Arthaland’s signature sustainable estate, leveraging a career-long focus on maintaining the long-term integrity and functional excellence of high-density urban spaces.
Before joining APPS, Armie gained extensive experience in the heart of Bonifacio Global City, where she managed the BGC Estate, Bonifacio High Street, and the Bonifacio Technology Center. She also spent significant time directing the Estate Associations for the Glorietta and Greenbelt communities in Makati. This extensive history of managing large-scale, high-traffic commercial and residential hubs equips her with a deep understanding of the technical and administrative nuances required to keep premium assets running smoothly and sustainably.
