A licensed architect and sustainability consultant, Arianne serves as the Sustainability Head at Arthaland Prestige Property Solutions (APPS). She brings over ten years of experience in sustainable design, environmental strategy, and green building certification. Holding an extensive portfolio of credentials — including LEED AP BD+C and Homes, LEED Green Rater, Certified BERDE Professional, WELL AP, and EDGE Expert — she is one of the industry's most comprehensively certified practitioners. In her current role, she integrates sustainability goals across flagship developments, guiding multidisciplinary teams from pre-design through post-occupancy.
Arianne built her foundation within the Arthaland group, previously serving as Sustainability Manager (2023–2024) and Sustainability Architect (2019–2022), following early career experience as a Project Architect at Ecosolutions Engineering Consulting and 260 Inc. Throughout her career, she has supported landmark projects such as the Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, Cebu Exchange, Savya Financial Center, Lucima, and Eluria, guiding teams through full compliance to achieve international green building standards. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the Mapua Institute of Technology.
