Olga Francisco is a seasoned property management leader with over 18 years of experience overseeing high-end residential and commercial developments. Currently serving as the OIC and Property Management Head at Arthaland Prestige Property Solutions, Inc. (APPS), she brings deep operational expertise to luxury property management, reinforcing the firm's commitment to sustainable, high-quality asset stewardship. Her comprehensive background spans strategic planning, financial performance, and tenant relations, with a strong focus on aligning daily operations with long-term investment objectives.
Prior to joining APPS, Olga held key leadership positions as Operations Manager and General Manager at Shang Properties, where she managed diverse residential and commercial portfolios. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in launching and stabilizing new property management operations, successfully leading start-up initiatives, establishing robust operational frameworks, and ensuring smooth transitions from project completion to full occupancy. Olga earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts from the University of the Philippines.
