Joshua De Las Alas is a real estate professional with over a decade of leadership in development consultancy, market research, valuations, and strategic growth across Southeast Asia. As the Business Development Head for Arthaland Prestige Property Solutions (APPS), he steers the firm’s expansion by integrating developer-grade technical standards with sustainable asset management. Joshua specializes in building high performance frameworks, utilizing relational data modeling and advanced financial analytics to drive net operating income (NOI) and future-proof premium portfolios.
Prior to APPS, Joshua held senior leadership roles at notable commercial firms, serving as Associate Director and Head of Consultancy and Valuations at Savills Philippines, where he spearheaded high-stakes advisory projects. His international experience includes serving as Head of Advisory Services at Colliers International Myanmar, leading research initiatives in the frontier market. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from the University of Santo Tomas and an Executive Diploma in Real Estate Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
