APPS helps M3 Corporate Center achieve EDGE certification
rthaland Prestige Property Solutions Inc. (APPS) is helping building owners turn sustainability goals into measurable performance through its sustainability consultancy services.
A recent example is M3 Corporate Center in Bonifacio Global City, where APPS served as sustainability consultant and guided the project through EDGE certification. The building achieved 20% energy savings, 44% water savings, and 55% embodied energy savings in materials compared with EDGE benchmarks.
Engaged during construction, APPS worked closely with the project team to assess building performance, identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen sustainability strategies, complete certification requirements, and guide the project through the EDGE process.
Measures incorporated or validated included a reflective roof, energy-efficient external and internal lighting, water-efficient plumbing fixtures, and a rainwater recycling system.
“Our role is to make the certification journey practical for the client. We assess where a project stands, identify opportunities for meaningful improvement, and work with the project team to translate sustainability requirements into achievable, measurable solutions. For M3, this meant guiding the project from assessment through certification while helping strengthen its resource-efficiency strategies,” said Ar. Arianne Rose Lictawa, Sustainability Head of APPS.
M3 Corporate Center is a 15-story commercial office development located at 39th Street and Triangle Drive in Bonifacio Global City and completed in 2025.
Through its sustainability consultancy practice, APPS supports building owners in navigating green building certification, improving resource efficiency, and translating sustainability objectives into practical building strategies and independently verified outcomes.
